Here are some important dates to add to your calendar:

February 3, 2024: Instrument Selection Day (8:30-11:30am at DMS)

​

February 5, 2024: Students receive course information.

​

February 6th, 9:30-11:30AM: Student Tours with their 5th grade class. If your student is coming from out of district, please contact Mrs. Leinen (Jessica.Leinen@hayscisd.net) to be added to the list.

 

February 6th, 5:30-7:00PM: 5th Grade Parent Night/Electives Fair at DMS (download invitation here)

February 14: Course Selection Due to 5th Grade Teacher

​

March 18-25: Course Verifications Round 1

​

April 22-30: Course Verifications Round 2 (last chance to make any changes to your course requests)

​

August TBD: Mustang Camp (no registration is required for this event)

​

August TBD: Schedules will be released on the Parent Portal.
