Habit 5 

Seek First to Understand then to be Understood

During the month of March, DMS students will learn about Habit 5: Seek First to Understand then to be Understood. Habit 5 is the habit of listening to other people's ideas and feelings. It's trying to see things from others viewpoints and listening without interrupting, but also being confident in voicing ideas.
